Time plays a critical role during a dental emergency. Thus the sooner your child can be seen, the more likely the tooth or teeth can be saved without permanent nerve damage. Dental emergencies can occur at any time and can be stressful and painful for the child. Dr. Richards and our dental team will make every effort to see patients on the same day as the injury or emergency. Common emergencies include but are not limited to:

• Chipped or cracked tooth
• Toothache
• Tooth being knocked out or loose
• Infection, abscess, swelling, and or pain
• Tooth sensitivity
• Object stuck in tooth and/or braces
